So... I consider a new career like every few months or so... lol. I'm finding it hard to get a job or something that pleases me artistically and that I know will pay well (and good benefits and all that good stuff)... But at the place that I work (a deli/bakery), as you can tell with the pictures posted, I've recently been able to start decorating cakes alongside the cake decorator (Siobhan).

At first, it is pretty nerve wrecking, but after a while, you get into the zone and everything falls into place! I usually am able to start decorating cakes after I'm done with all my previous responsabilities (after I stock the floor, check dates, and make sure all my merch is nice and organized) and if it's not busy out on the floor.

I REALLY enjoy doing this, decorating cakes that is. I think... I've found what I want to do. Obviously, I will have to take courses and things like that at the college, but I think this is it guys. I think this is what I want as my career...
